Article 1
All executives and employees shall not provide or receive any improper money, goods, entertainment,
or other favors from stakeholders.Article 2
All executives and employees shall comply with all relevant domestic laws
and internal regulations related to anti-corruption and anti-bribery.Article 3
Daewoong Bio shall maintain and continuously improve an anti-corruption management system.
Article 4
If any violation or potential violation of anti-corruption regulations is identified, it must be reported immediately to the company,
and Daewoong Bio shall ensure whistleblower protection and prevent any disadvantages arising from reporting.Article 5
Daewoong Bio shall provide education and training to prevent corruption and bribery and shall ensure independence and
transparency in its anti-corruption activities.Article 6
The CEO grants authority to the head of anti-corruption and ensures their independence.
